There will be no Adult Swimming on Saturday 24th December and Saturday 31st December 2011.  Classes will

re-commence on Saturday 7th January 2012.                                                                                  SATURDAY ADULT CLASSES

Adult classes are held every Saturday morning of the year. (Except the weeks between Christmas and New Year and Easter Saturday.)

When: Saturday mornings 9:30am – 10:30am

Where: Wesley College Swimming Pool

ADULT STROKE CORRECTION (1 Hour)

This program runs all year round.

This program caters for those adults who can swim but need technical correction to enable them to have energy efficient strokes with correct breathing technique.  

Cost: You can purchase either a 5 swim card for $60.00 or a 10 swim card for $110.00. This includes the cost of the lesson plus entry fee into the pool. Only adults on their first time at our classes will be able to purchase a single swim for $15.00. There is no time limit on your swims – the card can be used for as long as you take to complete it.

ADULT FITNESS SQUAD (1 Hour)

This program runs all year round.

This squad caters for Adults who can swim strokes and are looking for general fitness or are interested in competing in Triathlons or the Rottnest Swim.  This squad continues to work on individual stroke technique but is combined with training programs to improve fitness and endurance.

Cost: You can purchase either a 5 swim card for $60.00 or a 10 swim card for $110.00. This includes the cost of the lesson plus entry fee into the pool. Only adults on their first time at our classes will be able to purchase a single swim for $15.00. There is no time limit on your swims – the card can be used for as long as you take to complete it.

Just come along and we will place you with an appropriate coach.
