This group is where the swimmers step up both the number of training sessions, volume and intensity.  Work is done on all strokes and race skills with our aim being improvement in competition.

There are 5 Swimming sessions on offer per week and it is recommended that swimmers attend 3-4 sessions per week.

Swimmers must become SSPW club members and should have swimming as one of their major sports throughout the year.

We run our swimming programmes across two seasons - Summer and Winter.

Summer 2023/2024

Our summer season times run from the 9th October 2023, through to the 28th March 2024.

All afternoon sessions are held at Penrhos College Pool.

Early Bird Rate is applicable when fees are paid within the first month of the applicable fee season (Winter [May] or Summer [October]).

If you would like to pay in 2 instalments then the Standard rate will apply

2nd sibilng discount $60 only applies to the early bird full season rate.

Our winter season times run from the 1st May 2023, through to the 7th October 2023

All sessions through winter are held at the Wesley College Pool.
